A Pocket Retainer account is personal to the registered account holder. You may use your account and applicable subscription benefits on your personally authorized compatible devices, subject to reasonable authentication and account-security measures.
Pocket Retainer may use trusted-device verification, device recognition, session management, reauthentication, security notifications, and other safeguards to protect accounts and subscription access. A new or unrecognized device may require email or other account verification.
We may apply reasonable limits to simultaneous authenticated sessions or require additional verification when unusual, excessive, or potentially unauthorized activity is detected. Users may be provided tools to review, authorize, remove, or revoke devices and sessions associated with their account.
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, publish, publicly distribute, transfer, or intentionally provide your credentials or paid subscription access to unauthorized third parties. Subscription benefits are intended for the registered account holder and may not be redistributed through forums, social networks, credential-sharing services, marketplaces, public posts, or similar channels.
If we reasonably detect suspected fraud, unauthorized credential sharing, attempted circumvention, or unauthorized access, we may require reauthentication, verify account ownership, terminate individual sessions, revoke trusted-device authorization, temporarily restrict new device authorization, require a password change, or temporarily restrict account access while the activity is reviewed.
